We make sure that customers are happy with our products and do our best to help with any problems that may arise. However made to order products cannot be returned as these are made to customer's requirements and tailored to fit a specific model and version. These products can only be returned to us if they are either faulty or do not fit for the purpose described. A claim needs to be supported by photographic evidence though.
This is usually between 20 and 25 business days (4 to 5 weeks) depending on workload at the time of placing the order. However customers should allow for a contingency period of at least 10 additional business days to cover for delays due to equipment breakdown, material shortage, peak season, public holidays etc. Customers will be informed should a major problem arise or a delay likely to occur.
Seat covers are supplied for self fitting only. A fitting service is not currently provided. JC Seat Covers do not endorse or recommend any third party to install their products on behalf of customers. Customers who use a third party service will do so at their own expense and risk.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take care to ensure that the description and specification of the products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a general idea. While the colour reproduction of the fabrics is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system being used. Customers are advised to request a material sample if colour matching is important.
A two year guarantee is offered on all products against material or manufacturing defects that can cause individual parts or areas of the product to fail. The individual item will be either repaired or replaced depending on what it's more expedient or economic. A claim needs to be supported by photographic evidence though. Please note that the following is not covered by the guarantee: Accidental damage, Misuse, Dye transfer stains from dark coloured clothing, Damage caused by using aggressive cleaners (solvents, abrasives, wax polishes or aerosol sprays).
QUALITY CONTROL & SAFETY
In addition to our supplier’s quality control systems, we visually inspect each single set prior to dispatch to the customer for material flaws and any other visual defects. Fitting and Product Care tips are also provided together with descriptive tags to help identifying each single piece. For safety reasons customers are always advised to wear safety glasses while installing.
