QUALITY CONTROL & SAFETY

In addition to our supplier’s quality control systems, we visually inspect each single set prior to dispatch to the customer for material flaws and any other visual defects. Fitting and Product Care tips are also provided together with descriptive tags to help identifying each single piece. For safety reasons customers are always advised to seek the assistance of an experienced person who is able to fit the seat covers properly and safely. Warnings are given where appropriate.

RETURNS

We make sure that customers are happy with our products and do our best to help with any problems that may arise.

However if you are not entirely satisfied with our products you may return them within 15 days of receipt to JC seatcovers, 3 Priest Meadow Close, Redditch, Worcestershire - B96 6HT. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. We will only refund the costs of postage when the item returned is faulty.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take care to ensure that the description and specification of the products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a general idea. While the colour reproduction of the fabrics is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system being used.
